I use a ticketing system to keep track of interactions from my visitors.  This is a better option for keeping track of correspondence than email as it allows me to file, reply and track all interactions with you. Use this system to drop me a note or to request assistance.

How to create a ticket

  1. If you have submitted a ticket before and created an account, go ahead and log in with your Username/email and password
  2. If you don’t have an account you can either Register Now to create one or simply Continue as Guest if you don’t want to register.
  3. Fill out the form and submit, and that’s it!  I’ll get notified and your ticket will be logged.  I’ll respond to you quickly.
