I use a ticketing system to keep track of interactions from my visitors. This is a better option for keeping track of correspondence than email as it allows me to file, reply and track all interactions with you. Use this system to drop me a note or to request assistance.
How to create a ticket
- If you have submitted a ticket before and created an account, go ahead and log in with your Username/email and password
- If you don’t have an account you can either Register Now to create one or simply Continue as Guest if you don’t want to register.
- Fill out the form and submit, and that’s it! I’ll get notified and your ticket will be logged. I’ll respond to you quickly.
