Hi, I’m Wayne. I’m a lifelong tech nerd, an educator at heart, and someone who’s spent the last few years trying (and often struggling) to build an online business.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything “they” say — buying the courses, watching the webinars, trying the tools — but still not seeing results… I’ve been there.

What Led Me Here

By day, I work in Enablement — which basically means I help people learn complex technical stuff so they can explain it to others. I love breaking down tough ideas and making them easier to understand.

But outside of work, I’ve been trying to figure out how to build something for myself. Something that gives me more freedom — with my time, my income, and how I spend my energy.

So I did what most people do: I started buying programs, joining communities, and testing platforms.
Some of it helped. A lot of it didn’t.
And after a while, it became clear that there’s no shortcut — but there is a better way to learn.

That’s what I’m building here.

Why I Started This Blog

This blog is my way of documenting everything I’m learning as I build a real online business from scratch.
I’m not claiming to have all the answers — because I don’t. I’m still figuring it out.
But I want to share the tools, tips, and lessons I pick up along the way — in a way that’s actually useful and doesn’t waste your time.

If something works, I’ll show you how I’m using it.
If something doesn’t, I’ll be honest about that too.

You won’t find hype or fluff here — just straightforward info from someone who’s in the trenches trying to make it work.

What’s Next for Me

Right now, I’m part of a mentorship program called John Thornhill’s Online Success Coaching Program.
It’s focused on helping people like me create and launch their own digital products — something I’m actively working on.

As I go through the program and build my first product, I’ll be posting updates here.
