Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the digital products and services provided by WF Marketing Ventures ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. License to Use Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our SaaS application and digital products for your internal business purposes.

  • Restrictions: You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (b) share your account credentials with third parties; or (c) resell, sublicense, or rent the Service to others without our express written permission.

3. Accounts and Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

  • Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will not renew.

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with our Service. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. This guarantee applies to your first subscription charge only. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Earnings and Results Disclaimer The Service is a tool intended to assist with your business and marketing efforts. We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, leads, or business growth. Your success depends on a wide variety of factors outside our control, including your market, skills, effort, and economic conditions. You agree that WF Marketing Ventures is not liable for your business performance.

6. Intellectual Property The Service, including but not limited to source code, functionality, design, and content, is the exclusive property of WF Marketing Ventures and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service ("User Data"), but you grant us a license to process that data to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WF MARKETING VENTURES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
